01 Interpretation & Definitions
In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

02 User Eligibility
To use the bts89 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

- Being an individual registering in your own name, not on behalf of another person or business entity.
- Not subject to any local or international legal restrictions related to online gaming in your area of residence.
- Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program on any related gaming platform.
- Being of full mental capacity and making decisions voluntarily without any external pressure.
Warning: BTS89 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to verify eligibility will be suspended and funds withheld until the verification process is complete.
03 Registration & Account Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bts89 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.
During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping all this information up to date at all times.
- Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- BTS89 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
- BTS89 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account while a security investigation is in progress.
Users agree that a BTS89 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other party.
04 Deposits & Payment Methods
BTS89 accepts deposits via a variety of secure and encrypted payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and cryptocurrency. All deposits via standard payment methods are processed in under one minute.
- The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered under the user's name only. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- BTS89 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
- All successful deposits recorded before 23:59 (Malaysia time) will be credited on the same day.
For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes, BTS89 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any deposit transaction exceeding a specified limit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
05 Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawing funds from your BTS89 account is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed:
- The account must have successfully completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
- There are no active bonuses currently subject to rollover requirements.
- The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per request.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used during deposit, or to a bank account registered under the verified user's name.
- Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 24 hours on business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
BTS89 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of terms. Users will be notified via email or live chat within 24 hours if a withdrawal is held for further investigation.
06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers
BTS89 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our loyal users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:
- Rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective promotion terms. This requirement must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.

09 Account Suspension & Termination
BTS89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any term within this Terms and Conditions document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Requests by relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the BTS89 support team. Any legitimate funds in the account will be returned upon completion of the investigation and verification process, subject to the withdrawal policy in force at that time.
10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer
BTS89 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, BTS89 is not liable for the following:
- Service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond BTS89's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
- Financial losses resulting from fair and legitimate game outcomes.
- Losses arising from a user's own negligence in securing their account.

BTS89's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and BTS89 makes no guarantee of wins.
